STORE POLICIES

 

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing is between Monday through Friday. (If you ordered on Friday or on weekends, your order will be processed on the next business day i.e Monday).

Regular shipping is 5-7 business days, it depends on your location. We do not offer International Shipping currently.

You will receive your tracking number via e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update after the tracking number has been granted.

 

REFUNDS

We do not offer any refund at any time after a purchase has been completed.

 

 

RETURNS

You may return unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within received order FOR EXCHANGE ONLY. We have very low rate of returned purchase because our hair extensions are of the best and high quality, however, we know there might be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order. We will be glad to accept returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, tampered with or worn.

 

EXCHANGES

When contacting us regarding your return, just let us know that you like to do an exchange instead of a refund. You will be responsible for the price difference (if any). Your replacement order will be shipped AFTER your original order has been received back at our store in original condition (unopened and undamaged) and you will also be responsible for shipping costs.

 

 

 

MODIFICATIONS

To ensure on-time delivery, all orders are processed daily so order cannot be altered or changed. Once your payment is completed. We do not offer exchange within 7 days.
